Help I've slipped and fallen into to many convenience foods and sugar! It's been a rough time at our hous. We lost someone special. When I realized I've taken my eye off the scale and am 8# over my weight range I was really down and peeved at myself.
Then I shook myself and realized, Hey. As long as I still have a heart beat, I can do something about it!
Dont give up.
