Thigh: 26" / 24.5"
Rib Cage: 31" / 30"

If I am doing my math right, that's 9" of body mass lost? I think.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
