I managed to lower my Cholesterol with my diet but still gained 1LB :( Total Cholesterol 177 HDL 59 LDL 97 Triglycerides 113

Keep trying! 😊 I admit I don't know as much as I would like to about cholesterol. I'm trying to read as much as I can about it and learn more.

Leah_guffey In July 2023, I had borderline triglycerides (140) and elevated LDL (156). I was able to get the numbers back to normal in January of this year. Along with my diet, using 1000 mg of flaxseed oil daily expedited the process. I ate oatmeal every morning also and added cinnamon to virtually everything. It worked for me.
