Same weight as last time but chuffed to bits with the decrease in my body measurements, also feeling so much better with fasting and keto... defo the lifestyle for me ✌🏼🙌🏼
160.5 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
