1439 kcal Fat: 32.83g | Prot: 48.62g | Carb: 168.30g.   Breakfast: coffee, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, fiber plus yogurt berry crunch. Lunch: kelloggs cereal bar raspberry cheesecake, pepperidge farm deli thin, Light Queso Fresco & Chipotle, sweet leaf diet citrus green tea. Dinner: low sodium chicken broth, preserved lemons, Black Olives, Couscous (Cooked), harvestland chicken thigh, sweet leaf green tea, coffee. Snacks/Other: mini ice cream sandwich, merlot wine, almonds. more...
