After a very sleepless night I was half expecting to see my weight jump up. The whole night I was tossing and turning and was amazingly thirsty. So pretty happy that my weight held up. Tom still and sometimes my weight goes up after so really hoping it stays here :-)
116.6 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
