OMG I did great all week what with walking and diet, until last night !!!!
I had dropped 3 lbs during the week
THEN last night meet up with afew of the gang, had some rich food and wine in a posh restaurant, and all that weight loss is back on THREE whole pounds back on overnight, did not want to record this weight, but better be honest to myself.
187.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

Most of it is just water weight, you will get it off as soon as you continue eating healthy.
