Actively watching what I’m eating and watching my calories has been really consistent these last two weeks.
I’ve been run/ walking everything other day and doing fitness workouts every opposite day.
I’ve noticed an improvement in mobility and urge to move.
190.7 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
