Day 29, Keto Mod, 148.4, BF 40%, %water 41.5%, Visc Fat 8%/0, Musc Mass 84.4%/2, Bone mass 4.6lb, 2037 cal/50, Eliptical 65 min Level 3.

Missed breakfast-had coffee with half and half, lunch salad w chicken, bacon, tomato, blue cheese dressing, diet coke, dinner chicken ceasar salad and diet coke, sugar free jellow. Kittens still shy-not playing with us much. Grandkids go home today :(

Have lost the same 0.6 lbs several times now--interesting observations and I'm not panicking over the 'number' not plummeting despite my sticking to the plan, and working out. It will happen. 14 days to my next mini-goal of 6 weeks on the plan. I can do this!!!!
148.4 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
