Damn those enchiladas! lol... I knew the scale would reflect my "weakness"! Since I know I didn't eat 10,000 calories worth of enchiladas, I'm pretty sure the number should drop by two pounds within a day or so. Just trying to weigh in more often again to keep myself accountable.

Today's plan - drink a LOT of water and work out. Should do some housework and really need to weed through my closet again and get rid of the excess. Hope everyone is having a great day! Down on the downward slide to the weekend again :D
130.2 lb Lost so far: 44.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
