Got on the scale twice and this was the number I kept getting but I'm very skeptical of "gaining" a kilo over night. Especially since nothing drastic had been different in my eating or anything like that. The only thing is I've been sleeping badly and my digestion hasn't been running particularly smoothly. So will just see how this goes.
122.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
