Up, down, up, down, can’t wait till I realize you don’t have to weigh yourself every day and that this is normal. (And, also, can’t wait for my feasting number has a 15x in it.).

How often do you weigh yourself?
160.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm usually a daily person as I like to see how my body responds. Not always a good idea. If I don't, then that means I want eating well enough and don't want to know. 😂

Monday, Wednesday & Friday weigh ins. It keeps me from feeling overwhelmed with the daily changes but often enough that I can see how my macros/calorie intake & other factors play a part in my weight gain or loss. Helps me stay on track.
