The last two days I've seen a slight blip upwards and not sure really what from. Probably nothing. I have had a few sf mints which maybe my body is not quite a fan of so will cut those out the next few days and see what happens. I don't really want to worry about 400grams.
119.9 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
