TMI alert…I weighed myself first thing this morning. Then I went to the bathroom and weighed myself again. Lost 0.8 between first and second weigh-in! 😂
164.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Doesn't surprise me a bit dear honestly the recommendation is to always wait after you go number two early in the morning before you eat anything. It's just that nature doesn't always cooperate with that recommendation...🤷😅✨

a pint's a pound the world around. I like to do my daily weigh-in after my morning business and before I drink any water. As long as you're consistent, you will get a good idea about what's going on.
