Because of all the days of running I missed, I'm thrilled to have basically maintained this week. Looking forward to a great week because I know the weather is going to be good which equals lots of running and weight loss. =)
139.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
