My goal this week is to go 7 days without eating fast food. I'm such a sucker for convenience. I've gotten better about taking my lunch to work but it isn't easy.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
