Day 27, keto Mod, 149lb, BF 39.7%,TBW% 41.8%, Visc F 8/0, Musc Mass 85.4%/2, Bone Mass 4.6lb, 2054 cal/50. No exercise, Breakfast Atkins Choc Chip bar, coffee w half and half, lunch chef's salad w blue cheese dressing and sour cream, iced tea, dinner rib eye steak, green beans, salad w vinagrette dressing, glass cabernet. Car broke down and couldn't get to kittens yesterday--will go again this morning so no exersize again.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
