End of challenge and I am at my target weight, I have lowered my blood glucose levels to normal levels and have a total of 218 miles walked. All I have to do now is continue as I am, living my new healthy lifestyle.
130.1 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
