9st 4.5 (3.5 off at WW) I made the mistake of writing another long journal entry and not copying it before I saved it and of course it lost it all :-( I used gym body fat scales, 9st 5 & 35.2% fat, last time I did it was 27/6/13 9st 3 & 34.2% fat. I didn't believe it till I had a massage Friday and felt all the wobbling during the pummeling and slapping business - for any Simpsons fans, "Cancel my one o'clock!" Achieved my #Project26 finally, getting out for some glorious walks in the sunshine with beautiful views, I'm very lucky to live in this part of the country :-) Just need to stay at this weight for 2 more weeks for Geekfest!
130.5 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
