Breakfast omlette, coffee w half and half, lunch-salad w vegies and tuna, diet coke, dinner salad, vegies, cheddar cheese, coffee w half and half and whipped cream. Finally wt decreased. New scale had same weight but different body fat %. Grandkids here for 5 days and gtting 2 kittens tomorrow!
