Wgt fluctuates due to CHF. I think I'm a little dehydrated too. I plan to start recording my Wgt daily , since I have to weigh daily anyway .
320.0 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
