Couldn't exercise (or move, for that matter) for months coupled with a poor diet. Finished with prednisone and the pain is diminished. Doctors won't let me do heavy workouts, but simple exercise and walking are in the mix.
236.6 lb Lost so far: 93.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
