Forgive me Melkaye3, what type of movements are you allowed and comfortable making at this time that don't cause you pain and damage? Are you able to dance? Is that to much moving? It can be something that's fun and can be done in the house to any speed and uses variety of abilities levels. You would be able to scale it up as your health improved I'm just not sure how comfortable it would feel for you. I like to exercise using dance with my kids and it's something I can do when I'm not able to do a lot of other strength based exercises or core building stretches. Not only do I get my movements in I spend time with the kids because I have limited energy stores it helps me to consolidate the things I can get done in a day so I can do both things and I don't have to choose. Which means I don't feel so guilty about later watching Kiki's delivery service with the kiddos instead of laundry 🧺.

From September to November you've lost 5 kg. From September to November I've put on 5 kg. You are doing a spectacular job, don't get lost in the trees, step back and look at the forest. You're doing GREAT.

Thanks all for the kind comments. 🥰 As for exercise, I really cannot do ANYTHING. The one day I walked 10k+ steps I had a lot of bleeding. The doctor who did my surgery told me to sit my ass on the couch until it had truly been 6 weeks... which is just one more week. As for today, well... my tantrum must have burned a few calories! I had a good drop!

I understand that I'm not a sitter either... I fidget at the best of times lol 😆. My Mom and customers are both after me to file for for disability, but what would I do on disability...but go crazy🤪. I worked through both of my last labors before I went the hospital. I'm just not a sit around person so I really understand your desire to do something. But if you're not able to your body just isn't able to 🤷. I'm having to learn that lesson too and it sucks (I have push myself to far way to many times). Better to take it slow then to risk injury and have to wait even longer. You're doing great 😃 hope you have a great day.

It’s hard to just sit around! I’m going thru something similar but I can at least walk. I sit so much that by nighttime my back hurts…I just keep telling myself it’s temporary and that gives me some peace. Can you resume a bit of exercise after the 6 weeks?
