I didnt think the scale would budge this week but it did. Ive been stalled for a few weeks now and sick of looking at 220 lbs. 215 here I come. Goals for the week are simple. Stay on track with my workouts. Continue to add more water and find a healthy balance while moving up the ladder and adding in foods. OH, and to lay off the cashews, their killing my carb intake. Cheers to everyone. Happy Monday.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 87.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
