Stayed the same this week. Slowly but surely they say . Think I might have to reduce My cals . Increase Hubbys as he lost a 1lb when on maintenance.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 26.9 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
