been staying steady with my weight for past 3 weeks finally lost 1 pound. need to step up on excersicing. need to start going through summer clothes and get cleaned up. watching to be sure I don't get bad sick again.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
