So I'm a little 'up' today. Since all of my food is still in me from yesterday 💩I'm not too worried about it. I seem to always start off slowly, then manage to see the drop as long as I stick to CICO. As long as I can honestly answer 'How closely followed?' as 100% I can feel good about my journey. So, I'll stick to it, add more walking and stay positive!

So here I am, back to it! Happy Wednesday 🐫 FS Peeps, keep rocking it!
