I had another 5k today!

It was freezing cold (since it snowed in Iowa last night).

The course was tough and it was so difficult to run with snow in your eyes and going up your nose and such but I did it and I'd do it in January if I was asked because it was for a good cause!

I had HuHot for lunch, so I won't record that because I have no idea how that would work!!
156.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
