Okay, weight def. heading in the wrong direction. I admit I have been 'easing in'. Last night finished up a bottle of wine and the tollhouse cookies I made the day before were calling to me. I only had 2, but am humbled by nearly 1/2 lb up today. I know I can fluctuate by about that much still, not a positive trajectory!
So, I'm going to stop being naughty. I took a mile and a half walk today too. Heading to our local pizza place tonight and they actually have this really yummy salad, that or a blt wrap. We'll see how it goes, but I'm definitely humbled today!
