Excess luggage be gone! 💃
Been off sick with sinusitis and barotrauma this week so my steps were embarrassing, but hopefully back into exercise routine (and work, ugh) next week.

150.8 lb Lost so far: 102.7 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i say lass ssshhhhhhhh your doing fine , your keeping on keeping on and thats what matters :) . embarrassing steps you say ? check mine out lol. ive gone from an average on 15000 per day to 8000 2 days per week - but dont tell anyone ;) . enjoy your weekend too - i shall endeavour to steer clear of the fudge stall in town .
