Dropped a bit more!

Tomorrow is another 5k! I hope I do good. I made sure to carb load today so I hope I don't look like a pig if you look at my food diary today!

Happy Wounded Heroes Run to me tomorrow!
156.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
