YAY!!!

Another pound down!

I've been super stressed lately, but I feel like I'm doing a good job of not "stress eating"

I can't wait for this Saturday though! Another 5k! This 5k is probably the most important one I will do or have done because all the registration fees go to the Wounded Warriors Network. This organization benefits wounded soldiers. As a member of the Iowa Air National Guard and as a member of a military family, this race means a lot to me because it's special in my heart.

I'll be freezing my butt off (30% chance of snow and a frost advisory for Saturday morning) but it's going to be worth it!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
