Serious weekend of comfort eating. I’m starting therapy to tackle my depression and anxiety, so hopefully that will help me get into a better mindset for my relationship with food.
197.5 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
