Yay!!! After keeping my proteins a bit lower and really watching my nut intake plus salt it seems I'm finally moving back in the right direction. My digestion seems a lot better as well which is great. It's nice now that I know my protein limit better so I can keep it better under control. I'm thinking of trying the boo tea detox but keeping lean meats in. Not sure about 14 days without quest bars...that will be the challenge!
119.7 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
