I feel like I'm gaining more fat than muscle now and I have a much less active job full time, so I'm bumping my calories back down some and get a little more strict with my eating. I was getting to loose with my eating habits.
154.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
