not counting last couple days. been trying to juice instead of eating but day 1 i had 1 protein bar for breakfast and only made it til about 7pm and ended up eating protein bars at night.
day 2 juiced til about 5pm but got really bad headache dizzy and stomach pain so had chicken breast meat and can mixed veggies and better for a couple hours and dizzy again so had a couple protein bars.
going to keep trying to juice and see if i can get thru a day and hopefully get a 10 day stretch of just juicing. (done a 3 day before no problem but that was about 8 years ago and not sure why i was having trouble this time less then day)
