Hi fam ❤️

I finally had the surgery. Gastric sleeve last week. I'm doing well with the recovery. I can't wait to be able to go back to the gym but the doctor says it has to be at least a month. Who said this was easy? it needs a lot of discipline and I'm terrified of messing up. But I'm really excited for what's to come. Here's to a better and healthier life 🥳

232.6 lb Lost so far: 58.2 lb. Still to go: 89.3 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
