90 lbs lost in 8 months. I just keep going because the loss is slow. Blood sugar is still down with no meds or insulin. I'm very happy with my journey. Gym 3 days a week and bicycling 5-7 times a week. Low carb emphasis on meals and eating twice a day.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 90.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
