Good day today, so far. I drank five bottles of water. Had PT so didn’t have to do the home exercises. Calories still higher than I’d like. Knee pain level only 3-4 today, instead of 4-5. Walked 4 miles. Entertained the thought of going for 5 miles, but 4 is still challenging. First, I stopped using the walker; now I’ve started walking faster. Weight up this morning after three days with no BM.
185.4 lb Lost so far: 73.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
