What the... I was good all week, only lost 1 1/2 lbs :( Not very motivating! Oh well, new week, new food plan.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

weight loss is weight loss :D well done, and you should be motivated by the fact you had to will power to be good all week - most people on this site don't and they keep having binge days lol. GOOD ON YOU!
