A bit up today which isn't great but also not the end of the world. Between stress and hormones plus some salty food last night it's fairly understandable.

Just going to ride out this wave.
119.9 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
