I spent a week in New York eating every meal out and eating well. I could have chosen vegetarian alternatives. Twice I had duck, a favorite food, done poorly; maybe I should make it at home once a year or only go out for Peking Duck. Hubbie brought in Dunkin Donuts with heavy cream daily; just can't say no... yet. Nightly snacks at Penn Station waiting an hour for a train didn't help either.
