Reposting my goals!

Under 220 (lowest weight in 10 + years, and I was only there because I was very sick)
Under 200 (haven't been here since 2001)
GW: 185
233.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 73.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
