I do not wart to go below 260 lbs or I will be too thin. I have to begin eating more healthy fats and more protein to maintain my current weight.
162.4 lb Lost so far: 183.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
