A good night's sleep = finally breaking a mini stall! And what a drop in 1 day... I'm more convinced than ever that the amount of sleep I get directly correlates to my weight loss on any given day.

Only 2 pounds to go before I hit my first big goal of losing 10%!
236.3 lb Lost so far: 23.7 lb.    Still to go: 76.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
