I have been strictly eating meats/seafood, salads, veggies and cheese for the most part. In between I have a protein shake with one as breakfast. Coffee daily too. Along with exercise I'm losing weight!!! WOW.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
