Breakfast omlette and coffee w half and half, lunch chefs salad w blue cheese dressing, dinner, Ceasar salad w salmon, iced tea, coffee w half and half, sugar free jello. Dinner out again and refrained from having a glass of wine--voila--no habit! Good job me!
