I haven't been able to exercise like I want to. Tweaked my ankle a couple of days ago and it really has slowed me down. Managed to use the resistance bands yesterday and today--they don't require walking!! Maybe some additional rest this weekend and I'll get back on track.
201.7 lb Lost so far: 32.3 lb.    Still to go: 56.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
