WOW 1 month back on here and already seeing results 😳 🙌 I guess I can never leave. This is it this is what works for me logging everything.
186.8 lb Lost so far: 61.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes. Most of us are here because we have a problem with food. While some people can self regulate their calories, we cannot. So, we need the healthy habit of logging our food even after we have reached our goal. I dropped 50 lbs using another app, but then stopped logging. Added 10lbs back in 1yr. So, now I am a life long logger.

Yes I don't know what portion control is unless I read the nutrition label or log it here

Congratulations on your progress!! I’ve been here for 5 yrs now and love it..I don’t even realize I’m logging my food anymore!

10 lbs only I gained 45 lbs back out of the 100 lbs In 1 yr had lost after a foot injury

Kenny I wish I was like you I been here for 11 yrs on and off. Once I reach my goal I get too comfortable and stop logging this time I will not do this as my life depends on it.
