Day 17, Keto mod, Body Fat 37.3, no excersize, breakfast-Atkins chocolate chip breakfast bar, coffee, half and half, lunch chicken salad, diet coke, dinner, gouda and mushroom stuffed chicken, asparagus, carrots, 2 glasses chardonay, nb. Loved the choc chip bar--a great find. Moved to induction by definition since I had wine. I am staying with the lowest carb count however--let's see if weight loss continues. I have dinner out again tonight and will plan on not having wine--just so it doesn't become a habit. Seems like I broke through my slump. 0.8 lbs to go to my second goal--(1st was getting through 2 weeks of induction).
